Minnesota: $49 all-in. $0 Minnesota SOS fee for the renewal (Minn. Stat. § 322C.0208). You can file yourself free at the SOS portal.
Idaho: $49 all-in. Idaho currently charges no online annual report fee (Idaho Code § 30-21-214(b)(7)). You can file yourself at SOSBiz.
Pennsylvania: $59 all-in (includes $7 state fee). PA state annual report fee is passed through to the Department of State when we file. You can DIY for $7 at file.dos.pa.gov.
Pre-order (PA 2027). We file when Pennsylvania opens 2027 LLC annual reports (window opens January 1, 2027; LLC deadline September 30). If you cancel before we file, we refund the full $59. After DOS accepts the filing, the $7 state fee is not refundable.
