AnnuFile is a private filing service, not a government agency. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any Secretary of State, Department of State, or other government office.

How we may have your email

If we contacted you by email, the address was one the business published on its own website for business contact (for example a contact page, footer, or info@ / hello@ style address), captured with the page URL and date. We do not use personal-looking addresses, registered-agent firm inboxes, law or CPA firm inboxes, or sites that say no solicitations, for outreach.

You may also give us your email directly when you use this site, reply to us, or check out.

What we collect on this site

We collect the information you submit to prepare and file a business-entity annual report or renewal in a supported state (currently Minnesota, Pennsylvania, and Idaho on this Preview; Washington remains waitlist / coming soon on production). That can include business name, optional official entity or file number, contact email, e-sign authorization details (name, timestamp, IP, user agent), and payment details processed by our payment provider.

We use that information to provide the service, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and respond to support requests at hello@annufile.com.

We do not sell your personal information. Payment card data is handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on this site. AnnuFile does not give legal advice.

Opt out

To stop outreach email, use the unsubscribe link in any message, visit unsubscribe.html, or reply stop. We add the address to our suppression list and do not email it again for marketing.
